Just had my furnace serviced this morning. This is a service that I have signed up for for both my furnace and my air conditioner. This time the service was performed by Phalen, who I understand is new to the firm and who did a great job. He was on time, which for my service was 7:00 a.m. H was polite, efficient, and thorough. We discussed briefly, while he worked, a few of the things that Hajek had done previously to help my furnace run better. Phalen did the job quickly but with attention to detail, cleaned out every little crack and crevice of all the grit that sifts down during a 6-month period, asked if there was anything else he could do for me, and was out in less than half an hour .
As always, I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use them in the future.

Phalen from Hajek Heating and Cooling came out to do a maintenance request on our home and he did great. Super knowledgeable. He explained some things that we werent aware of. Also respected our home with family there at the time. Did everything he needed to do, and made it simple. He checked every box off. Definitely hope we get him in the future if theres any other needs.

The technician came by early and got to work right away. He installed a new thermostat and even though it was a different size than the one he replaced, he made sure to bridge the gap with a plate to make it look nice. He explained how to change the settings and left the box and manual for us to reference. We're very happy with his service, thanks!

Brandon was quick and very professional. He saved me money by helping me find the best Mini-split for my garage and my needs. The install looks and works amazing. Brandan is amazing! Super nice, communication from making the appointment to completion of service was spot on. First call I made to another company, they wanted us to replace the entire unit. I found Hajek Heating & Cooling for a second opinion and thank goodness for that! Unit did not need to be replaced, just a simple part. Brandan had it on his van and had us up and running in 15 mins. With a tune up and some cleaning the whole appt took an hour. Do yourselves a favor and call him!
