I have had Hajek out on a few different occasions now and every time they have been nothing short of amazing. Today I had my furnace and AC u it replaced as my furnace had failed and the AC was not far behind. They were a bit early and were very professional and answered any questions asked. Just had my furnace serviced this morning. This is a service that I have signed up for for both my furnace and my air conditioner. This time the service was performed by Phalen, who I understand is new to the firm and who did a great job. He was on time, which for my service was 7:00 a.m. H was polite, efficient, and thorough. We discussed briefly, while he worked, a few of the things that Hajek had done previously to help my furnace run better. Phalen did the job quickly but with attention to detail, cleaned out every little crack and crevice of all the grit that sifts down during a 6-month period, asked if there was anything else he could do for me, and was out in less than half an hour .
As always, I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use them in the future.

He installed a new thermostat and even though it was a different size than the one he replaced, he made sure to bridge the gap with a plate to make it look nice. Brandan is amazing! Super nice, communication from making the appointment to completion of service was spot on. First call I made to another company, they wanted us to replace the entire unit. I found Hajek Heating & Cooling for a second opinion and thank goodness for that! Unit did not need to be replaced, just a simple part. Brandan had it on his van and had us up and running in 15 mins. With a tune up and some cleaning the whole appt took an hour. Do yourselves a favor and call him!
