Just had my furnace serviced this morning. This is a service that I have signed up for for both my furnace and my air conditioner. This time the service was performed by Phalen, who I understand is new to the firm and who did a great job. He was on time, which for my service was 7:00 a.m. H was polite, efficient, and thorough. We discussed briefly, while he worked, a few of the things that Hajek had done previously to help my furnace run better. Phalen did the job quickly but with attention to detail, cleaned out every little crack and crevice of all the grit that sifts down during a 6-month period, asked if there was anything else he could do for me, and was out in less than half an hour .
As always, I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use them in the future.
