Professional, honest, good service

Phalen with Hajek Heating was professional and spent time diagnosing the issue we are having with our 20 year old furnace. This is an amazing company that charges reasonable rates and has wonderful, smart, technicians on staff.

Brandon, thank you for helping my Step-Mom get her heater working again. Not only did you beat the price I was quoted by the other company, you completed the job so quickly. I really appreciate it. Im so happy I found Hajek Heating and Cooling to help with my HVAC system. The first time I had them out it was to do an air duct cleaning. I was expecting to pay for this service but after inspection they told me that they scoped the vents and it did not need to be cleaned. I would have not known the difference and they could have just charged me but they were honest. After that I knew I found someone I can trust and in the HVAC world that is worth gold. I have had them come out many times since. They have an easy maintenance plan and are always easy to schedule. Another great point is the phone service, every time I call someone answers or calls me right back. They communicate times and ETAs very consistently, another thing that is gold in a service related business that makes all the difference. Thank you again to the whole team, honest, dependable, great service!

I have had Hajek out on a few different occasions now and every time they have been nothing short of amazing. Today I had my furnace and AC u it replaced as my furnace had failed and the AC was not far behind. They were a bit early and were very professional and answered any questions asked. I highly recommend you call with your HVAC needs!!

Just had my furnace serviced this morning. This is a service that I have signed up for for both my furnace and my air conditioner. This time the service was performed by Phalen, who I understand is new to the firm and who did a great job. He was on time, which for my service was 7:00 a.m. H was polite, efficient, and thorough. We discussed briefly, while he worked, a few of the things that Hajek had done previously to help my furnace run better. Phalen did the job quickly but with attention to detail, cleaned out every little crack and crevice of all the grit that sifts down during a 6-month period, asked if there was anything else he could do for me, and was out in less than half an hour . As always, I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use them in the future.

Phelan from Hajek Heating and Cooling came out today 10/28/24 to do an annual check up on our furnance. He arrived on-time, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in this field. He answered questions for us and although there was nothing that needed fixed today he was able to explain what things to watch for should issues arise in the future. It was a great experience. Hajek Heating & Cooling was extremely reasonable with their annual check up pricing and I was shocked that they were able to come out within days of us calling. Very impressed with Phelan and Hajek Heating and Cooling.

Phalen from Hajek Heating and Cooling came out to do a maintenance request on our home and he did great. Super knowledgeable. He explained some things that we werent aware of. Also respected our home with family there at the time. Did everything he needed to do, and made it simple. He checked every box off. Definitely hope we get him in the future if theres any other needs.

The technician came by early and got to work right away. He installed a new thermostat and even though it was a different size than the one he replaced, he made sure to bridge the gap with a plate to make it look nice. He explained how to change the settings and left the box and manual for us to reference. We're very happy with his service, thanks!

Hajek has straight forward prices, fit my AC repair in with 48 hours, explained the problem and fixed the issue quickly. Brandon was upfront about all costs and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked for an estimate on a new unit and a new compressor, received them within a day and they were within the range he quoted me. I highly recommend Hajek Heating & Cooling.
